- Noon to 3PM - Setup for Displays & Equipment Drop-off for Performances (Security Provided)
* Those performing live must check-in back stage no later than 6PM the night of the Expo
* Those performing on video must provide an MP4 of their act via upload or to your ward represntative no later than 15 October 2022 - 6PM - Opening Prayer at the Main Stage
- 6PM to 8PM - Displays and Video Viewing
- 7PM to 8PM - Live Performances on the Main Stage
- 8:05PM to Conclusion - Grand Finale - Fire Dance - Outside Stage
- Conclusion - Closing Prayer at the Outside Stage
