Turquoise Bracelet was made when I was 16. Rug was about 30 yrs ago. Traditional Navajo outfit was made in my senior year of High School. Quilting was done about 5 years ago. I learned to do silversmith at age 15. Taught by my parents, which was passed down by their parents. I learned to weave from my mom, and watched my grandmother weave too. Quilting, I learned to sew in 8th grade, made our church dresses, did mending. My two older sisters started quilting and I tried it, and loved it.

Tatted Lace, also known as tatting, Is a series of knots, that make up this lacework.. It was originally crated by fisherman, using shuttles of thread. It has been done with shuttles throughout most of this lace's history. Tatting needles are a more contemporary way of doing it.

I learned to crochet in my primary class with Sister Shirley Victor.

We got into laser engraving a few years ago and now have 5 lasers and growing. Tina and I create the designs. I run two Facebook groups on laser engraving and equipment. I enjoy helping others and how to use their machines.

Textiles are my happy place. I craft with fabrics, yarn and thread. Desperate times had me working diamond dots when I had had surgery. Crafting is life! Christmas is coming!

George is a dragon who is about 3 feet long not including his tail and his wings stretch out to 8 feet wide. His small crocheted friends can keep him company all around him. I make things and sometimes they are large and sometimes they are small, George the Dragon is my largest so far.
